Aerodiode的高速雷射二極體驅動器可生成動態範圍不超過500 皮秒和 48分貝可編程脈衝形狀產。

高速雷射二極體驅動器具有增益開關峰值抑制和3個同步脈衝延遲發生器等功能，內置TEC控制器的高速雷射二極體驅動器，可通過電路板AWG/任意波形發生器生成高精密的納秒脈衝，廣泛應用於大多數雷射二極體型規格（蝶形、TO等）兼容。直接對雷射二極體調製是電光調製和聲光調製等外部調製的替代方法。
