Aerodiode的光纖耦合1310 nm雷射二極體通常應用於CW或脈衝雷射二極體驅動,4個單頻版本(DFB雷射二極體)功率高達180 mW。1310 nm雷射二極體可與高速納秒脈衝驅動兼容,解決方案適用於無線電訊號或3D傳感應研究開發領域。
單模版本的1310 nm雷射二極體在納秒脈衝模式下功率高達300 mW。大多數雷射二極體+驅動的解決方案被用來優化單發至CW脈衝性能,脈衝寬度低至1納秒。1310 nm雷射二極體由內部的電路板脈衝發生器或外部TTL訊號提供精確脈衝,產生複雜的突發形狀變得容易。
