Aerodiode的光纖耦合1064 nm雷射二極體通常應用於CW或脈衝雷射二極體驅動器,可與低噪音W或高速納秒脈衝驅動兼容。此雷射模塊內置TEC控制器,提供可開發或可總和版本,納秒脈衝模式下功率高達2W。
大多數雷射二極體+驅動的解決方案被用來優化單發至CW脈衝性能,脈寬低至1納秒。該雷射二極體由內部的電路板脈衝發生器或外部TTL訊號提供精確脈衝。多模版本可提供,CW發射下功率高達10W。
