Description
An InGaAs PIN photodiode for both digital and analog RF over fiber applications with 50 ohm impedance matched RF connections. This module has a ripple free and linear response from DC to 20 GHz, 3 – 6 mW power handling, a responsivity of greater than 0.8 A/W, and a hermetically sealed package with an SMA compatible RF connector.
