專業6TS62(72) - Tilt Stage廠商

A Single-Axis Tilt Stage 6TS62 provides tilt range of 6° with 6µrad sensitivity. Pivot is done on two hardened steel balls. The base has M6 tapped holes on four sides, to fasten the platform, for example on mounting posts 3MP.
