High speed laser diode driver

可產生各種可程式化的脈衝波形，最短脈衝寬度可達 500 ps，並具備 48 dB 動態範圍。內建 AWG 任意波形產生器及 TEC 溫度控制器，可提供高精度奈秒級脈衝輸出，並整合 Gain Switch Peak 抑制及脈衝延遲功能，支援多種雷射二極體封裝形式，也可直接調變雷射二極體，作為 EOM 或 AOM 外部調變的替代方案。
